Soup and Salad

Chicken Soup - Old fashioned southern chicken soup like your grandmother would have if she had two days to make it.  Our house made herb chicken stock with roasted white meat chicken and fresh spring vegetables served  with egg noodles on the side.

Loaded Potato Soup  - Creamy, chunky and comforting - our potato soup is topped with artisanal cheddar, sour cream, bacon and chives.

Classic Caesar  - Crisp romaine lettuce with shaved Parmesan Reggiano, garlic croutons and classic Caesar dressing. Add grilled chicken or shrimp

Garden of Tuscany  -  Prosciutto di Parma, Buffalo Mozzarella, tomatoes over mixed greens and shaved Parmesan Reggiano with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Cobb Salad  - Thick cut house cured bacon, avocado, herb-marinated grilled chicken, tomato, boiled egg and blue cheese over mixed greens. Served with your choice of dressing.

Chef Salad - Roasted turkey, ham and roast beef with tomato, boiled egg, cheddar and Gruyere cheese over mixed greens.  Served with your choice of  dressing.

Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach leaves served with strawberries, candied walnuts, feta cheese, croutons and fresh cracked black pepper with house made balsamic vinaigrette.

Greek Salad - Fresh romaine lettuce with feta cheese, black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes bell peppers and red onions. Add shrimp for $4.00

“Chicken Salad” Salad - Your choice of  Joy’s traditional southern chicken salad, or  apple walnut chicken salad over mixed greens with your choice of dressing.

All of our salads and soups are served with freshly-baked Ciabatta bread.
